Security at Home and Abroad
With the new threats that face our nation at home and abroad, Utah Democrats fully support the federal government's role in protecting the security of the United States and in fostering democracy around the world. When our national leaders deem it important to the national security interests of our country to act multilaterally, we support the placement of our troops in joint operations with NATO and United Nations forces. Utah Democrats also support adequately funding new programs to enhance our security at home, and to protect us from attacks from foreign or domestic sources.
